I like the idea and the convenience of not holding a hairdryer and a brush. Its easy to use and does dry my hair nicely. But the cool setting is rubbish, it's not cool and sounds like a high pitched aeroplane engine at full throttle so I can't bear to that setting. I have used it approx once a week for a year and 4 months and this morning it started to sputter, threw out some smoke and died. For £99 I would have expected it to last many years. I've owned £10 hairdryers that have lasted a decade. Won't be buying another.

Took a few goes to get used to, but loving it now x

I bought this product about 2 years ago, have used it twice a week and loved the way it styled my wavy and long hair. However this morning it made a weird noise and started smoking as soon as I turned it on. I turned it off immediately, then briefly tried it again and the smoke started again. I have to assume the motor has burned out and it’s unrepairable. I’m disappointed that something that cost close to £80 has failed so dramatically after a couple of years. I won’t be buying another of this brand.

This product really works. I am very pleased I brought this product, I have tried various hair styling tools but this makes my hair look salon styled.
