Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner and Heat Pump Variable Speed Inverter 220V, Complete 25ft Installation Kit

Our experience has been HORRIBLE. This unit worked all of maybe 5 days since we've owned it. It seems to go out every time it gets hot. The warranty the company provides is only for parts, so you have to hire someone to diagnose it yourself and then contact the company to get the parts, and the wait is ridiculous. They are no help. I want my money back.

Purchased this unit months ago. We live in the Southwest desert and it is on all time. It is so much more energy efficient than our dinosaur central air unit on the roof! When we purchased this, the intention was to offset the work our main unit has to do because it is not rated correctly for the square footage in our home. It has served its purpose well so far and I'm seriously contemplating using solely ductless units throughout the house.

Haven't got to use it much but when I did it worked great

This unit cools the whole open space even during the hot Arizona summer. And the heating has been more efficient than expected. The unit was installed without hassle, the technician said he really likes it compared to other units he has installed. Mostly what I like is that it is quiet and easily programmed. I will definitely buy another when I redo my garage.
