This is the only stuff I have found that really works. It's easy to do and starts helping very soon after applying.It's worth every penny.I have wasted a lot of money and time on home remedies, etc. The good news is that this product is homeopathic. If you suffer from cramps every day and night to the point you can't sleep or it wakes you up this is what you need.After using for a while I only have to use it when I need to. It prevents them as well. So if they start back I use daily and then back to as needed.I would give more than a 5 star if allowed. A+++++

As anyone who has them will attest, nighttime leg cramps can be downright disabling. Over the years, I've tried pretty much everything. Therworx is, by far, the best and most affordable of them all. Magnesium sulfate is the only active ingredient, and is likely the best treatment for these cramps. I've been using this stuff for over a year and couldn't be happier. Try it, you'll like it.

Used to have terrible leg cramps. Now I apply Theraworx after straining my back or leg muscles and it works like magic. No cramps. Wished I had this year's ago. Would have saved myself a lot of pain. Get the foam, the spray bottles are less convenient and clog.

This is the best stuff on the market that I have found, for minor aches and pains, works fast, has very little to no odor, no greasy residue, I've only used the foam as it also comes in spray form.

I was going to return this, but tried it again was happy to know the first failure was my fault. and even tho a bit [alot] seemed to have been lost due to the top not being screwed on tight enough this is worth not having constant muscle spasms

I keep this on hand. I have problems with muscles cramping due to medical issues and this stuff works so fast and wonderfully. Can't live without it. Have one on my nightstand and the little one is in my purse when I go to work! Love it!

This product really works. I use the joint relief on my sacrial joints in my lower back; and the muscle relief for cramps in my legs. The muscle relief is pretty fast acting.

I get severe leg, thigh and foot cramps. Mostly at night. This is the first product that helps. I may need to apply 2-3 times, but it beats the excruciating pain.
