Vino Grotto are great sellers!
The unit is a great upgrade from previous Whisperkool units that i have had - well worth the premium price. However, the shipping logistics from the factory are a problem. The units used to ship via UPS, they are now using freight carriers who do not have access to contact information for the last mile delivery. Vino Grotto was outstanding resolving the issue. While it took a few days to get here, Vince stayed on top of the issue and finally got the delivery resolved. I strongly recommend this seller over any other WhisperKool dealer!

Tremendous Upgrade
Having owned a previous WhisperKool product, this new one is a fabulous upgrade. Much more quiet, much more efficient, fits in the same cutout with an improved mounting bracket. The only downside is the delivery company they used. It took twice as long to get here as expected on delivery invoice and they lost it when it got to my city. Finally found. Finally delivered.
