Homeleader 1500W Oil Heater - Portable Space Heater for Home and Office, Electric Oil Filled Radiator, White

I live in a colonial type of house with my parents. I sleep on the second floor and my parents like to sleep in the basement. What sucks in the winter is that my room can be at 85 degree and the basement is at low 60s. Originally I purchased a ceramic space heater with oscillation. I didn't like it because even though it heats up quickly, the heat does not last. If you are looking for energy efficient, bill saving, and powerful heater, oil filled radiator heater is a much better choice. It does not have as many features as those tower type electrical heater, but it absolutely provides better heating. This is my first oil filled radiator heater and I am absolutely loving it. It is so quiet that I do not even notice it is on when I walk in the basement. What I love the most is that it heats up quickly and the room stays heated. Once the room is heated, the heater turns off itself, and because it is a radiator, the room stays heated. It automatically turns back on and reheats the room once the temperature falls below my temperature setting. There is no need to refill the oil since it is sealed inside.

I bought this oil-filled radiator heater for my sunroom, which is all glass, but not double panes. I'd had one like it, only different brand, for around 20 years, and it helps with the one vent into the room. I knew it wouldn't keep the room warm because of all the glass, but it warms enough to cut the cold, and it probably saved my plants. It began working right away, and adjusts itself whenever the temperature in there changes. I'm very glad to have it, and as for safety, I have gone away for weekends and left this type of heater on and never had an incident. My mother lived in senior housing, and these are the types of heaters they recommend for safety for their residents. Good enough for me!

Had problem with unit. It looks good and comfortable, supposed to be easy . BUT it was not going to right temperature, and continued to pop the breaker. Tried different outlets, use only heater but was kept getting problems with electric. Returned it. Not sure it was a defective product or they just purely made. Got different heater from store.Would be great if it worked.

We got the appliance to aid us warming up a medium-size bedroom over night and avoid turning the heat on in the entire house in this colder time of year. Although weather is usually mild during winter in southern US, nights can be cold. With temperatures that can go down to 50 degrees, using AC as heating system is expensive for the few extra degrees ensuring sleep confort. This oil radiator heater does not take too much space, heats up quickly enough, is economic, can be left unsupervised over night and can be easily moved from one room to another, like when you just need to warm up a bathroom for one or two hours. It also includes 1 year warranty and is almost half the price of a top one with the same functions.I will have to add that although the installation instructions are very simple, we got it upside down and didn't know why is not working (yeah, I know, between doing dishes and mounting Christmas lights we got distracted). However with this occasion we tested included protection for improper use. Support was very responsive and friendly, and hope they will forgive me for the initial rating I gave a wonderful device

Perhaps designed to simply and lacking some necessary features. As far as I can tell this unit has the three different heat levels which is the amount of electricity it's consuming and then it has a dial from low to high. That's it. I finally this heater goes off all the time and it hasn't warmed my room to wear it actually should go off. It's a solid design an easy to set up.

This radiator does not provide much heat and definitely not powerful as other reviewer states. Unless you consider 65 warm. It changed the temperature in the room with a few degrees, from 64-64 to 65-66 and it's been on all day. It is in a tiny room. I do not see what is the point of paying extra electricity for not much heat. I can literally touch the surface and it is on the highest level for both temp and power level.

This heater exceed my expectation. The design is compact and is complements the room. I can easily move the unit around as if has wheels. It has different temperature setting, good thermostat, heat up quickly and to my surprise, it’s quiet. It balances the heat in the room as i won’t feel too hot compare to other heater that I have used before. The remote is very handy as well. like everything today , technology is thrown at every mundane product to gain a sales edge, this on has a remote controller.. as of now I cant figure out in what scenario I ever would use it. just adds unnecessary complexity to a simple device. Highly recommend.
