I was so excited to get these, and for that glorious 5 minutes I had them turned on but left to pop into the garage to grab my stuff to mount them on the ceiling, one of my cats (I know which one 🤬) BIT the WIRE and snapped it. 😫 I did play with the remote control for a few minutes before I was going to start mounting them up, and the were so cool! So many colors/combinations to choose from! They are very bright too considering there are only 300 lights in a 66' strand. I loved them so much! My best friend felt sorry for me and ordered another set to replace these, so I will update with pics/video when I get them LoL (I have a wire protection plan for the next set 😉). If you have cats that bite wires, put protective covers over the wires they can reach. It doesn't take much for them to bite through the wire and destroy the lights.

We had M3 commando christmas light clips installed last year. So these rope lights installation was a breeze.The remote worked when within the range (when solar panel was not up on the roof), but after I put solar panel on the roof (due to the best sun exposure), the remote got pretty much useless. But that was all right, you just have to pick the light mode you like before the solar panel installation if you are planning to put the solar panel up high. If your solar panel is going to be installed somewhere at a lower level, this won't be an issue at all. I like the variety of modes and timer options which I don't need but it's nice to have them when you need them. Also, I was impressed by the capacity of the solar panel, the lights work through the whole night until sun rises! Comparing to the solar lights I bought last year from another vendor, with smaller solar panels, this solar panel is a monster! Bottom line is I would recommend these rope lights.

Easy to put up, absolutely beautiful

These lights are great! We love them. 5 stars!I took a star away because about 4 days after being up they just wouldn't turn on. We ordered replacement lights and they came quickly. Before taking them all down we decided to try to switch the plug they come with. IT WORKED! The lights worked again and we were very happy to not have to take them all down and hang up new ones.

I bought the 50 foot rope which came in two rolls of 25. This worked out well for me as they are a little bit difficult to work with when they’ve been rolled for a long time. I tried multiple items for securing the rope in the ground and the best one is the one that you use for irrigation drip systems. The instructions were good and I love the fact that you have multiple colors so you can really use for many holidays. I wish the tubing was a little thicker. It is about a half an inch wide. It would be great if it was 3/4 or an inch.

Watch out neighbors, I’ve got party light! I’m going to string the up over the weekend and see what colors I like best! They’re exactly as described and I have clear ones like these colors, so I’m sure they’ll be perfect.

Very frustrating.I puchchased this for Halloween. Shame on me for not testing when it arrived.Could only set for solid colors or shuffel mode through all the colores. Sorry, that does not work for Christmas colorels at Halloween!I am not able to return now because it is past the return window.

They are decent lights. If they were inside they would be super bright, but outside they just don’t light up terribly bright.

Love that it has a remote with them. I had a few LED's not working but the company sent me a whole new set for free. No questions asked. Very good customer service & support for their product.

First , these took a while to arrive. Very thin rope light, bright but not super bright. More suited for indoor use. When they arrived one box had two controllers and the plug. The other box had 1 controller but no plug. I contacted Amazon and did a return at which I had to send the second box of lights back at my expense. They certainly don't give off the same lighting as regular christmas lights go. The only good thing about these is the remote control and now that they are up, they can stay there all season and you wouldn't notice them. Otherwise I would have purchased just regular Christmas lights from one of our big box stores here in Ontario.
