My second graders LOVE these true/false books. They read to each other and quiz each other whenever possible using these books. I would love to have a set of these for every topic we teach! The photos are excellent and the info is fascinating even to adults. My students are now writing their OWN true/false "books".

Great learning book for kids. My son just loves Scholastics and I would recommend it to everyone who has kids.

Great kids book

This is a surprisingly comprehensive book.I have a child who is an avid fan of natural disasters. This book is right up his alley. In his own words:"This book is neat because it has cool storms and a lot of pictures. No parts are too scary, and it is interesting to read it. My favorite natural disasters are tornadoes, volcanoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, and that's all. This book has lightning, tornadoes and hurricanes, but not volcanoes and earthquakes. That's all I want to say."A great overview book, reading level about second grade. There's a good index, but no glossary.
