Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love sour things, including vinegars, and this brand of red wine vinegar is my favorite, although I wish that it still came in glass bottles instead of plastic.

I got hooked on this stuff over the summer making fresh tomato salads. I sprinkled some of this on, drizzled some olive oil, some basil and cracked pepper...I never get sick of it! (A little of this stuff goes a long way. No need to dowse your salads.) I think the unfiltered version has a better flavor than the pasteurized kind (although the latter isn't bad either). I buy it by the bulk because it's a couple bucks cheaper per bottle than the grocery store.
