Picked these up for my Toyota install and they worked exactly as intended. These are straightforward plug-and-play speaker harnesses, so there’s not a whole lot to review beyond functionality — but they fit securely, made the wiring easy, and saved me from cutting into the factory wires. Like similar harness sets, the wires are a bit longer than they need to be, but that can actually be helpful depending on where you’re routing them. I wrapped mine in Tessa tape to prevent rattling and to keep everything tidy, and I’d definitely recommend doing the same. Overall, they work great and do exactly what they’re supposed to. If you need a set of Toyota/Subaru speaker adapters, these get the job done with no issues.

I have a 97 EK9 Honda Civic Type R race spec so it didn’t have a radio or speakers but had the factory harnesses. These were 100% compatible. Just plug and play and was able to add speakers. Highly recommend.

Not sure if these have been updated through the years or if a lot of these reviewers just have bad luck. Mine were wired correctly for positive and negative, the connector fit the factory door harness just fine. (2012 F150 is what these went into). HOWEVER, the terminals going to the spakers are way too small. I had to use a pick to open mine up to get them to connect to my speakers. And even then it was a very snug fit, and unfortunately I broke a terminal on one of my speakers. Fixed it thankfully and it works fine. For the price you pay the small hassle may be worth it, but if you want something that you can open up, install without fiddling with you’re better off spending the few extra bucks for the Metra kit.
