I purchased the gray canvas bag, which has dark brown straps. I feel like with this color combo, you can wear it with anything. There's 2 organizer pockets on one side of the inside , as well as a zippered pocket on the opposite side. The material on the inside does feel a bit cheap and is not sewn down (which I prefer for cleaning). There's a zippered pocket on the outside of one side of the bag. The shoulder strap is adjustable and quite long. I don't even have it adjusted all the way down and you can see where it sits on me (I'm 5'4). The pleather that holds the hooks for the shoulder strap does seem a bit thin. Might not want to weigh down the bag too much or it could break, but for $20 I think the bag could be put to good use before that happens. Like another reviewer said, the side seams are sewn a bit scrunched up, but I think it adds character to the bag. I gave 4 stars because the material on the inside/ pleather could be better, but for the price it's a lovely medium size bag for all your lovely junk.

I do like the bag and think it is attractive. I am one who prefers a shoulder bag and with this one you actually get both options. That being said...when I go to pick it up, I find all the available straps a little confusing. I also prefer a large bag and in some ways this definitely qualifies but it is deep and not particularly wide which means I have to unload the purse to get something located on the bottom. But I probably carry too much in my purse or at least more than most I would guess. It seems well made and has a zippered compartment inside as well as some small pockets.I am now updating after using this for a month. The outside pocket and one of the inside pockets have developed holes and items that were in those pockets have slipped past the lining causing me to have to fish everything out between the lining and the purse....making the pockets totally useless....sigh. Between the many straps and this problem as well, after a month I'm done with it and I'm changing my assessment from 3 stars to two and the headline of this post to NOT well-made..

Though this purse is pretty much exactly what the description was I'm still disappointed overall. The purse itself is a very durable canvas and seemed to be nicely made. The hardware; such as the zipper and the clasp on the crossbody strap are also very nice. The purse is overall large but with the "irregular corner design" as they put it in the description it makes it very hard to get into the purse. The opening isn't particularly wide so you pretty much have to pull items out of the purse to find something else. BUT my biggest issue is that... I've had this purse for 16 days now and the lining in the purse has already ripped open. I can't put anything in the purse without it falling into that rip and becoming lost in between the lining and canvas material. Even with all the pros of this bag...I still can't find myself recommending it to anyone solely based on the fact it broke within almost 2 weeks of usage... to me that's unacceptable in a product especially when the product itself was only being used for what it was intended for.

I usually don't carry bigger purses, most of my purses barely hold my wallet, phone, and charger. But I needed a durable purse that could hold a journal and my camera for short day trips because my camera backpack was inconveniently huge and a strain on my back. I did look at messenger bags but they were either too bulky or ugly. I found this bag and after using it for a while, found that it holds a lot more. I have a maltipoo who's a little over 10 pounds and she fits comfortably in lol. The bag is strong too and it seems really durable. Its great for everyday use and I ended up using as my go to purse.

This is a very nice bag. It is nice and roomy on the inside, and very comfortable as a crossbody bag. I don't know that I'd call it a tote bag since it really is more of a slightly oversized handbag. The top opening narrows at the zipper which will prove a problem for someone trying to fit anything large and inflexible in it . You can get a 8" tablet in it easily enough, but you will probably have difficulty getting anything larger to go in easily. There is a zipper pocket on the backside of the bag for easy access to keys or sunglasses. If you are looking for a nice, roomy handbag this should be a good choice. If you are looking for a more traditional messenger bag or tote bag this may not work as well as you expect.

solid construction. It's not an heirloom piece, but if you want something bland but sturdy to hold your stuff for a few seasons, this is your bag. It's a practical bag for a practical person who doesn't want to spend a lot of money or draw attention to the fact that they have stuff that needs carrying. Big enough to hold a tablet, wallet, phone, small notebook, and pens/chapstick. Adjustable and removable shoulder cross body strap. Plastic lining for easy cleaning and a few practical internal pockets if you're the organized type.

Really cute but lasted only 3 weeks , then the spot where you clip the strap on broke and of course I missed the return window by like 1 week .

Love this bag. I love the outer canvas and the crimp/fold on the sides give it a little personality. The color is a nice chocolate. My favorite part has to be the easily adjustable shoulder/crossbody strap. It seems to handle weight pretty well so far. Being that I'm a Spoonie, I tend to have to carry quite a bit with me plus being able to carry all that conveniently and with as least pain as possible. This bag has handled well for me so far. I'm considering buying another color.UPDATE!: I just purchased the beige/white version and I love this one too. My first bag has held up wonderfully and I'm sure this new one will too. The bag is priced well. I'm also very pleased with both purchases. Love, love the casual yet stylish design. This makes a great crossbody and is super easy to adjust. My go to bags almost every time.
