Senco 2H0133N FramePro 701XP Clipped Head Framing Nailer

I have used it on two modular remodels. Works great when nailing the side paneling.Keeps the nail head even with the paneling and doesn't damage or drive the nails past the paneling like my old gun was doing.

I bought my first Senco Framepro 701XP in the 90’s. It’s due for its first rebuild but still shoots good. I just bought a second one for my son. These are bulletproof and will last 20+ years before needing serviced. These are built for professional framers that need the right weight vs angle vs size to get in all the places you encounter framing. It’s not a high maintenance Ferrari that looks long and sleek. It’s a war tank that gets it done over and over with little maintenance. Just keep it oiled.

This is my favorite nail gun and the most compact in size it is replacing a 20 year old framepro that still works good after I replaced a few parts and new seals

This review does not reflect on the quality of the product. I have always purchased Senco nails, when possible. They have generally always been well built, lighter weight and easy to handle and maintain.I live in California. After ordering the nailer and before even receiving it, I learned that the codes here no longer allow the use of clipped head nails.I was quite disappointed because I have used the 601 which is a wonderful nailer.We did return the nailer and had no hassle in receiving a refund. Never even had the chance to fire it!

I love the gun and use it every day. The only drawback is the amount of nails I can put in at a time. Only one rack, just wish the slide was longer. If it's meant for professional use, it's a pain to have to stop so many times to refill. I'm a framer, I go through alot of nails.

Works great.I've run about a thousand nails so far with no misfires.It says30 degree clipped head but I've been using 34 degree full head nails with no problems.

This framing nailer work very well. I have many nailer and this one is prefered to many others.
