It’ll change your life!!! It certainly changed mine! I work out quite often... when I’m not injured. Lol! At first I thought this was another fitness gimmick. Kinda like those old belt shakers from the 50’s. Boy was I wrong!!! I use it mainly for stretching and recovery considering I’m in relatively good shape and workout regularly. But... It’s been about a year since I really hit it like I want to due to a knee injury then a level 3 AC separation (shoulder injury). Getting back into the swing of things can be painful especially when you have a physically demanding job. The burn/pain can be a big deterrent. This device has basically removed that problem from the equation! Jump on for a session before you workout to loosen/warm up and again after you’re done to DRASTICALLY reduce the pain in your muscles and joints. I’d say it’s a 70-90% reduction. It shakes EVERYTHING! It takes some time figuring out how to shake the different muscle groups and joints... but when you do it is absolutely AMAZING. I can’t say enough about how this has changed the way I look at pushing myself. I’m not afraid that I’ll wake up the next day in extreme pain because this device works that well!!! I tell everyone I know. I bought one for my parents who are getting over injuries and have committed to being more active. It’s helping their flexibility, strength, and pain management. Even my grandmother who is in her 70’s and still goes dancing every Friday night uses it for her legs and feet. My buddy got one for his dad who is having circulation issues and numbness in his feet and it’s helping just by sitting in his chair with his feet on it. My buddy has shoulder and back pain himself and uses his on a regular with great results. My sister tweaked her back playing with my nephew and couldn’t sit, stand, or lay down for more than 30-40 sec without being in excruciating pain. I suggested she try shaking it out. The next day I asked how it was feeling and she totally forgot it even happened!!! The list goes on and on... but simply put... IT WORKS! Young & old, strong or weak. This thing is amazing. Little heavy to carry, but I camp a lot and it goes with me. I have so many friends that think it’s nuts until my body started getting more muscle and toned. I feel so good this is one of my favorite healthy purchases. I use it three times a day. The big thing for me is my legs have very little blood flow cold all my life 67 yrs, but now I can actually feel my legs from the knees down and they are no longer cold logs. I have let some of my friends give it a try and at least 3 have ordered and absolutely love this machine.#2 Since my last review I’ve noticed how my balance has improved. In the last 3 minutes I get on the floor and lay my arms across the plate to the finish. I have also noticed more strength in my arms and legs. I do different preprogrammed settings 3times a day first and last time I do 100 squats , mid day I use weights. Since my last.review I’ve been to GA,Al & TN now 3more friends have ordered one.

Only having had this for less than a week, I can't say much more than it seems to be a very good value, well built, sturdy, easy to use, actually even fun to use. It does vibrate, I'll say that! Unfortunately, it does not come with any built in punishment system that compels you to use it daily beyond your own motivation.It arrived so quickly, I would have thought they had been waiting at the corner for me to place my order. When it did arrive, unfortunately, the remote control did not work after having changed the batteries several times to be certain. The good news is that the replacement arrived as quickly as the first, and customer service was very accommodating.

Easy to follow instructions and works in vibrating your entire body whether you’re sitting or standing. I’m in relatively good shape as I workout 3-4x week (weights and running and HIIT classes), however, I needed to work my way up the intensity levels because the first two times I tried this device, my legs were extremely itchy, which I guess is a sign of weak circulation. This surprised me because again I run 3-4x week on the treadmill. I was only able to tolerate 5 min. After a few sessions, I’m able to do 15 min sessions with no problem. I bought this to use for days I don’t work out and to improve overall circulation and toning. My only gripe with this is the cord is super short, hence the 4 stars. Delivery was quick and the device was packaged neatly and securely.
