THEY WORK GREAT.

I love that these are capsules, and flavorless. For awhile I've been trying to find a good probiotic. I wanted to give this some time before reviewing to really give it a good complete review. They have a 40 billion cfu which I think is excellent. It's got 4 strains that are easily recognized as important for good gut health. Lumen was a very good value. Bonus reason why I like the capsules, is because I can open them and put the contents into my homemade yogurt, tremendously increasing and improving the probiotics. That's really important when you are sick, too. I find after 3 weeks of using it's made a difference.

This probiotic is a capsule and very easy to swallow. The supplement is very effective as well. I have a touchy gut with many food intolerances and the regular use of this probiotic has helped with my issues. The product is a good value too.

I've always had issues with heartburn and my gut in general, so I figured it was time to start taking some probiotics to offset that. I'd been using a slightly less expensive brand, but I did more research and liked that this brand was soy, gluten, and GMO free. I've been using it daily and it really helps with my digestion and heartburn. I'll most likely keep using a probiotic daily, so it was important for me to choose the right one.

Excellent probiotic. Has a high amount of guaranteed bacteria present in each pill. This is a good one if you have tummy issues... have tried many of them and this one is good, for the promotion its great! The better your gut feels the better you feel. They say its like your 3rd brain!

Hard she swallow which is the only reason that I knocked as star off because otherwise it is a good value and quality products many people will not find it difficult to swallow but I am one of those I have some trouble with larger pills chewy

I'm very happy that I have not had any negative side effects from this probiotic. No cramps, bloating, or constipation. I definitely feel a difference on days when I dont take them vs when I do. These are definitely my probiotic of choice!

So earlier this year I was having bad sinus virus issues. I work in the health care field so there's unfortunately always something going around the office and me being on a keto diet has made me more concious about preventative care. Adding a probiotic supplement to my diet was highly recommended to me by a nurse. I love that this one has high value for the price. SO WORTH TRYING IT!!
