I got the 3# and the 5# in the same order. Very pleased with both! Good variety and perfect size. Getting the two in combo brought the price down to $6 a pound instead of the usual $15 to $17 a pound. Very fast shipping. Also a little thank you bag of polished rose quartz. Nice touch! Good job!

Absolutely great! They were good sized, good quality samples, and they were perfect for the kids rock collections!

Despite some of the reviews we decided to give it a whirl. Figured even if I don't love them, the kids will still enjoy tumbling them.Shipping took a few days longer than expected but nothing outrageous.Very pleased with the sizes. Quality isn't the most amazing but most will be quite pretty. A few are a bit blah but the majority have good color and some interesting bits.Very little dirt or tiny broken bits. The last picture shows the entirety of the dirt and bits left in the bucket after rinsing.Weight was just slightly over 3lbs.Will likely order again next time we want a grab bag style addition to our rock collection.

Amazing variety, quality and such beautiful rocks!! I got them for tumbling and wire wrapping.

Color variety of the stones is not what is pictured by the seller. I hoped for many blue, purple, black and rust/red colors as shown and did not get that in my bag of stones; more beige, cream and neutrals with a few light green and browns. I'm adding to an existing stone collection and this bag was not helpful. The weight was correct at 3 pounds and the size of stones was good, from 3/4 inch to 2.5 inches. I attached two pictures: one shows the colors in natural light and one under a warm light. If you're flexible on the colors this is a decent bag of unpolished stones for display or kids to study, but if you're collecting and need variety, this falls short. I'm returning my purchase to Amazon.

I love the raw stones. They are a good size. Great quality and a good price for what you get. Nothing small or under reported here.
