The storage area is quite shallow at around 2cm

Is this suitable in height for children?

Hi I'm about 5ft 2 tall and I have the seat at its top height because of my extreme short sight when reading the music. It depends entirely on the age and height of the child. Reaching the pedals has never been a problem. Hope this helps - remember that children grow very quickly.

It’s a high gloss finish. It is plastic not wood, but the quality it exceptionally good in my opinion.
