This old standby still works
You can't go very wrong with Kiwi polish, it works pretty well even if you don't have the proper shoe shine tools or skills. Goes on creamy, buffs up to a nice shine; once you get the hang of it, you can do your shoes in 10-15 minutes. Nothing looks worse than nice leather shoes that are dull and scuffed; no excuse not to keep them in shape since this polish is inexpensive and easy to use.Best to buy a shine box if you plan to take care of your shoes, but you could get away with using some old rags in a pinch. Tip: disposable gloves make the job a lot cleaner for you!

I had a pair of black leather shoes that looked terrible, but he soles were barely worn. I bought this, watched a youtube video, and it looks better. I didn't buy any of the ancillary stuff, and barely followed the directions (rag, slap it on without thinking about it). Extends the life of the shoes for a reasonable price, with plenty left.
