Good outer sleeves, but easy to nick/scratch.
The Character Guards are great outer sleeves for illustrated sleeves. They are very though and have great shuffle feel!The only con to these is that they are very (and I mean VERY) easy to nick/scratch, which means that for competitive play these may not be ideal. Specially as they come in 60-count packs, requiring multiple packs for redundancy.

Sleeves tore after 2 days of mild use. Very unhappy with the way these sleeves ended up.

Good for Tournament
Got these for a tournament (Vanguard) and sleeved my deck the day before. I use the. For over sleeves on Standard Sized Sleeves (MTG, Pokemon, Weiss Schwarz, ect) so that I don't got to drop an extra $20+ on a new set of picture sleeves.They get dinged a little, but they came with enough to be able to replace them with out having to break open a second pack. That is for a 50 card deck.
