I like the amazon price for this quality product. EASY to install Just push-in the tube going into your old filter and while holding the tubing in, press and hold in the plastic ring it plugs into. While holding in the little plastic port-ring, slide out the tubing. I am happy with the filtering and purifying capabilities of these filters and will purchase again!!

Home Master Tech Support & Product Quality is OUTSTANDING. I've owned a Home Master RO system since 2017 and LOVE IT. I've changed the filters on my own without issue. The YouTube videos are awesome. My support technician (John) was patient, thorough and walked me through some minor issues. My water production had become VERY low and I thought it was just time to replace my filters. Purchased filters through Amazon and watched Home Master videos to DIY. After replacing everything, still nearly no water. Purchased an RO membrane replacement from Amazon and still no water. I self-diagnosed a damaged Automatic Shut-off Valve, but called Tech Support to verify. I thought I'd have to wait on hold for 30+ minutes, but John answered right away. John walked me through diagnosing the Automatic Shut Off valve that was stuck "closed". (I was right!) This was Very Likely from me not SLOWLY opening the water valve when doing maintenance. Well, John provided me a replacement RO Shutoff valve for FREE! WHAT! Who does that anymore? Home Master is a great product and offers exceptional customer service. I STRONGLY Encourage anyone looking to purchase an RO system to buy Home Master. I rarely write reviews, but this was just too good to be true.

This reverse osmosis filter is a game-changer. We used to have to buy bottles of water - so much work, so much expense, so much waste. Now the water from our tap tastes good and is free from contaminants. We've been using the system for several years now with no complaints. Couldn't be easier. We had our plumber put it in, but it seems fairly straightforward and someone with a minimum amount of handiness could surely handle installation.

These are very easy to change. They last at least 6 mos. I wish they lasted longer. They are a bit pricey to change in 6 mos.

Don’t buy this brand. It’s a horrible product. Let me tell you why. I really wanted to buy a high quality filter system. I chose this brand because it’s expensive. However, my experience is super frustrated. First I brought and return three times of this brand’s filter system because either the system was leaking water or it was failed to install. Until the third time, I got a good product delivered and installed it successfully. We used this filter from November 2019 to September 2020. After 10 months use, the filter flow almost stopped and we think it’s normal so we brought a replacement filter change set from the same brand. Then the nightmare started!!! The first time, We replaced the replacement filter set in October 2019. After one and a half month’ use, the filter stopped working again. We thought it was a bad luck so we just bought a second set of filter replacement in December 2021. The second time, after two months’ use, the filter stopped working again!!!! We were unhappy but still bought a new set in February 27, 2021. Today is Apr 2, the filter water is already flowing too small to get a cup of water in the morning. It only lasted one month. The product introduced itself with a Filter set lifecycle with 2,500-Gallon or 1 year or as needed. We are a small family with only two people. We drink at most 10 glasses of 16oz water per person everyday. That is maximumly 2.5 gallon every day. That means we use maximumly 75 gallon filter water every month. How could the filter set stopped working every time with such a short time????? The filter system costed me almost $500 dollars, and every time the filter replacement filter set costed from $70 to $120. That is totally $800. We have tried three times, and every time the filter replacement only lasted one or two month and then stopped working. And I cannot return all these junk products or have anyone fix the problem! So don’t buy it! Save you money and your time!
