When I opened my Geega Waterproof speaker. I was instantly impressed with the rubber like texture of the speaker the red accents made this very attractive and could easily been given as a gift to anyone regardless of sex. The box contains the speaker, a usb wire for charging, a cable for connecting your music device to it, ( it is comparable with our iPhone products and various other equipment.) instruction Manuel, wrist type attachable handle for easy carrying. The directions state you should fully charge this product before you use it the first time. I forgot to really watch how long it took to charge since I plugged it in and went to bed and have yet to charge it again. This speaker was easy to Bluetooth to my daughters IPhone taking just a few minutes to set.We were actually amazed a speaker this small and this inexpensive could sound this well. She / we have been listening to it for an total estimated time of 4-5 hours and still have not had to recharge it. Awesome !! This Geega speaker will be great to take lake side, in the boat, the pool in addition to the tub/ shower. We have throughly tested the waterproof feature yet we leave it on the edge of bath tub and it has been sprayed but I would suggest submerging it. I would also recommend you make sure the door/ flap remain closed tightly after charging. I was surprised by the quality of this product given the price point. It is being marketed as an "active life" speaker, but works great for the home as well. Given that I am not a crazy audiophile, it does the job and does it quite well for the casual listener or for a semi-disposable speaker for camping trips, having a small get together in your apartment or whatever. It's obviously not top of the line, but it works and does so reliably.Pros:-The sound is quite loud and comes across very clearly at reasonable volumes-Surprisingly good bass-Easy to pair with a phone-Small, compact form-Rapid shipping-Reasonable price-Good feel to the speaker, it is covered in a rubber coating of sorts and I would believe it repels dust and light water well. I did not submerge my speaker in water intentionally to test thisCons-Did tend to notice a bit of distortion at very high levels, due to the small size of the speaker I would guess-Controls seem a bit odd (hold the '-' key to lower the volume, hitting it once changes the song). Not a big issue-Lanyard is made of a stretchy rubber, which felt a bit flimsy. I'd personally prefer a cloth lanyard.

Hands down, best speaker on the market under $100. I live in Costa Rica and I use it on the beach, in the rain, strapped to the top of my Paddleboard and have even accidently submerged it a few times and it still works 100%.

It's works great so far. Paired easy with my iPhone, but didn't pair with my kindle. But I was able to use a DC cable to connect speaker with my kindle so all is good. Haven't tested out the waterproof feature yet, but no complaints so far. Good little speaker for a good price!

It has a great feel to it. Nice and sturdy, has a heavy feel to it. The sound is better than I thought it would be. Decent highs, mids, and good thump but no really sub low end. Of course it is impossible for something this small to get that low. All and all I like this speaker.

read alot of reviews on many speakers, tried a few, this one for the price was tops of them all. Sound quality is very nice, paired immediatly. Great inexpensive gift with very nice quality.

Eh. Great battery life. Haven't checked the waterproof claims yet. Sound is about what you'd expect for something this cheap. It serves its purpose (something to listen to while sitting at pool with the kids) but it's not overwhelmingly great.

Good volume. bass isnt to bad. We keep it in the shower to rock out when we rinse off. It has a female voice the indicates when it is powering on and off, as well as when it is pairing. Holds a charge well. No issues here!
