Is each roll 23 or 16.5 ft long? The title says 23ft; however the description says - "The rolls in the 3 pack are 1.5 inches wide and 16.5 feet long"

The three rolls came in a clear plastic bag with no info on it. I have no idea how long each roll is.

Do you have to cut the tape, or is it easy to rip? basically do i need to also now throw scissors in my gym bag? lol

Easy to rip. I generally put it on my thumbs, wrap and rip.

Where is this tape made?

I’m not to sure probably China. It did the job though so I don’t care who made it.
