Fast reconnect only needed to push the button once and it reconnected automatically each time. This is hook to a switch so it looses power everyday all night. It will still power on quickly and is connected to my cell asap. the quality is not as good as an AUX but alot better then I thought it will be. Perfect for a wuick short drive or people with nee cells w.o a jack. the beeps are not too loud on my system doing connection. Did not get the power disconnection issues yet. I am prepared for it but so far it laying flat seems to keep wires from being tuged. I may not mount it.

Installed easily mounted easily and has been working without issue since.

Rockford fosgate bluetooth module works great so far...only small thing the double sided tape did not work....lucky me I had some...Great product

Bought this for my old home receiver. Been looking for a good Bluetooth receiver for my home but couldn't find one that was affordable or a trusted brand. I used a old 12v cord that came with a dsl modem to power it. Just had to splice the wires together. This is much better than the one I was using.

I was hesitant on buying this because of having to press the button in order to program the module. And being on a Harley I wanted it secluded from all weather possibilities, which would make that hard to program. But for some reason I don’t even know what the button is for. But you can in fact program it without being able to access the box easily. I’ve had it installed in my Harley street glide for about 2 weeks and it works great!

The wires to supply power to the unit are left as bare wires to be supply by a power adapter of different means. I have no way to supply power to the unit with a plug and play power source.

Comes with a short length of two core cable with DC barrel connector and open end. You need to get a 3.5mm mono plug to connect this to the power outlet of Sonos Port. Clearly not designed for such use to make it work you need to start it up by streaming something else on your Sonos first because the 12V output will only be available once playback is started. Another way to power this at home is by using a 12V power supply with the barrel connector 3.5 o/d 1.35 i/d no problem streaming through a wall at our house built in early sixties.
