Great Smoky taste. A Bit Spicy.
This is great salsa. My local Whole Foods stopped selling it for some reason. Glad I can get it through Amazon because it is some of the best salsa. Spicy, smoky, and adds great flavor.

Light chipotle taste
It does not have a strong chipotle flavor, which is fine for me. Just be aware that it is a salsa sauce, not a chipotle paste. It is more watery.

YUM YUM YUMMY!
Bursting with flavor. Little heat, lots of delicious tang and savoriness.Perfect consistency. Not to thin as to flow away, and not to thick that is sits there in a pile.Plus it is organic! Proof that chemical flavor enhancers are not necessary, when quality ingredients are used.Mouth is watering just writing this review.Cant get enough!Only Downside - the lids on these jars often leak. Some jars may arrive with vacuum seal broken. Make sure the vacuum seal pop-up button on the lid does not pop up. The pop-up button should be firm, and not popped up, indicating there is a vacuum within the jar.Nevertheless, definitely worth the hassle.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

AMAZING to add to bland proteins
A TOTAL FLAVOR BOMB to add to minimally flavored meat. It’s a little watery standing on its own or with chips, but my favorite hack is to mix this into shredded or rotisserie chicken for nachos, enchiladas, quesadillas, or with rice or anything! So convenient for literally THREE DOLLARS- I challenge you to find an organic sauce at this price with no processed additives that can also jazz up your palate. Only downside is that the spice level might be too much for small kids.

Delicious taste, MUCH too thin.
Delicious flavor, not too sour, a little heat on the sides of my tongue. But you can’t pick it up with a fork; you need a spoon. I’ll add it to dishes. I’ll try using it as a marinade for chicken or pork. Maybe I can toss pasta with it, drizzle over an omelet? Too thin for a dip or even as a sandwich ingredient. It is actually a thin liquid.Update: I marinated a chicken breast, and that didn’t work out well. When cooked, It lost all its delicious fresh flavor. I ended up using it cold as a topping on the chicken, and that was great.

This verde salsa slaps and I have hard time believing it. Verde Salsa Converts Rise Up
Funny enough I forgot I bought a jar of this and found it after the rest of the usual salsas were done away with it and oh boy was it a pleasant surprise. I am a verde salsa convert now. Who needs tomato base when you have the green stuff?? Granted it is not hot (there is a mild heat and is "hotter" than medium hot from tostitos but it's negligible given how much flavor there is in the verde salsa! Also, the medium heat tositos really should be called mild but I digress). There is just genuine flavor packed into the jar which kept us coming back for more. I am not sure if these are New Mexico green chiles but if they aren't that'd be the only way to kick this up a notch. This was the last salsa left in the fridge and even after waiting a month to open it, it did not lose any freshness either.
