PMS and Peri-menopause relief at last!
I'm 40, perimenopausal, and get all the usual joyful stuff: night sweats, bloating, breast pain, fatigue, heavy bleeding. I've been drinking this twice a day and it's awesome. It's not a miracle cure, but we're talking 5 days of breast pain down to 2, no bloating, no night sweats. I love it.Flavour-wise: This is NOT a raspberry infusion. It is raspberry leaf; there is a very very faint berry flavour BUT it is more like a nettle tea. If you like green tea, you'll probably like this. If you're after some bright pink fruity stuff, you won't.Value for money; well, you get loads. 👍

Might help with PMS
Raspberry Leaf Tea is a well-known traditional herbal remedy for the relief of menstrual cramps, to strengthen and tone the uterus in preparation for labour, to soften and prepare the cervix for labour and to induce or ease labour.Raspberry leaf and Nettle support the reproductive system by supporting the adrenal glands production of progesterone, the opposing hormone needed to balance estrogen. The flavour of this tea is not the best but I add a bag of hibiscus tea and then the flavour is much nicer. Not sure if it is helping with PMS as I am using other herbs as well (evening primrose, agnus castus, nettle and tulsi) but I am basically pain free now.Try it out!

Natural product
I like the purity of the raspberry leaves as I use it to make tea that I drink for urinary health.

Great value for the amount of product! The tea smells lovely, as to taste it’s quite earthy but that was expected. Got it for 3rd trimester of my pregnancy hoping to help prepare my uterus for the labour... Yet to see whether it works, but I’d definitely recommend leafs from this seller! :)

Not suitable for pregnant women
I searched for ‘raspberry leaf tea pregnancy’ and this came up as an option. However it states on the packaging as not suitable for pregnancy. Waste of money as I won’t drink it now.

Raspberry Tea for labour- fact or fiction
I know that the product is not advertised for pregnancy but I started drinking this at 37 weeks. I started with one cup and moved to three. My first labour lasted 72 hours. This time round it last 6. I don’t know for definite if it was the tea but I would definitely try it again and I quite like the taste too.

Dry & harsh - not how it used to be
Been buying this exact brand for a while now, usually it's fluffy & smooth enough to smoke, this batch is really bad. It causes me to cough if I inhale too sharply & often causes me to have a sore throat whilst smoking it. It also goes out a lot very quickly after lighting & is hard to roll with because the leaves are brittle & bigger than usual. It's been fine until now. I'm willing to give it another go in time, but if it's like this again I will have to look for another brand elsewhere.
