Ginger Ray Gingerbread House Christmas Advent Calendar Boxes Let It Snow

I thought I'd received the wrong item at first it was so small! This looks beautiful in the image and exactly what I didn't know I wanted until I saw it. Arrived today and I will be returning. They state reusable but I have a concern. They are flat packed in a stiff card envelope measuring approx 6 x 6 1/2 inches with the window clings folded. This is the bit that I am so disappointed about. I am huge fan of window clings and have bought all my others where at least the clings are flat packed unfolded and are easily reusable multiple times. These - the 'Merry' is folded in half and 'Christmas' is folded in thirds. If kept I think would need to be flattened as creases will, I feel, deteriorate the product. So I don't feel I am getting what I thought I ordered as the packaging is not adequate for the product and flat packed with no folds in my opinion would be far preferable. All very pretty but not practical. Has anyone had these longer who can reassure about the creases? I'd be interested to know within the return window.

Love this product. I've bought it to decorate my stairs at Christmas. It's looks fab with a set of white lights entwined.

Really not happy with these as in the picture it looks like all the napkins have a design on but the ones I received only the front one had a design and the rest were of the same shape but no design, utterly useless in adding the extra details I was looking for. Although the name states shaped napkins the photo on the packaging makes it look like they're all designed. Would not buy again.

We were delighted to receive these name card holders as the look terrific, are very high quality and great value for money. We had several compliments about them from family members at an early Christmas lunch last weekend.The service we received was exceptional too.

Sorry only way to contact seller lovely items accidents happens durning delivery 4 of them broke in one pack other pack was fine would love to have a replacement before Christmas but can't get hold of them

Christmas can be a free for all. Place settings with an appropriate theme are just what I need.Not toys ( keep away from drunk rellies)

I ordered 2 packs of these and they looked so lovely on the Christmas table. I put funny photographs of people in them so they all had a laugh and knew where they were sitting. For the photo idea it would have been better if they could take a little more weight. However the purpose was meant for just a Smaller lighter name place. These were good value for money and will come out again next Christmas. The only disappointing thing was that one was smashed when it arrived. Definitely worth buying and I would recommend.

I bought these place card holders for an early Christmas dinner party for my neighbours. They all Ioved them and wanted a set for themselves. As they are a neutral colour and so dainty looking and would work with any table colour theme I ordered extra sets as gifts. When they arrived I had two broken baubles in each pack, this was corrected quickly and efficiently when the replacements were sent out the extra care in packaging was noticeable . So thank you my friends and I shall enjoy them this Christmas. Regards Jane
