GQF Wafer Thermostat Assembly for Incubator 22 Amp

Arrived quickly, is now in operation and working fine.

Using in incubator for eggs, works great. Takes a bit to setup but temp remains stable.

Shipping from CQF was well protected and arrived in a reasonable time.The unit comes disassebled with no instructions. Not that it takes a rocket scientist to assemble, but it would have been nice to have a diagram, perhaps recommended mounting locations and instructions, and wiring instructions in the box. (I used 2 drywall screws (not included) to mount in my "cooler converted incubator". Recommend pay close attention to the adjustment when starting out, as the diaphram will expand larger than you might expect - requiring you to back off a little so as not to damage the unit on initial activation. It's fairly sensitive, which is good....but requires reasonable attention during initial setting up. Once set, it's repeatable and dependable.The wiring stubs from the unit are fairly short (Approx 5 inches) requiring me to put the wire connectors inside the incubator vs outside. (Would have been nice if they were just a few inches longer.- Not a big deal, but if you're incubator is an inch thick, that leaves you with just an inch of wire poking through...so..I elected to stub the wires out with another section of wires)I am using it presently and it works as advertised. I'm seeing a swing of approximately 1.degree (+- .5 degrees of the set temp). Very consistent, repeatable, good unit.

As described and pictures. Arrived in perfect packaging and worked as it should. Will use again in the future.

It did not fit my old Sportsman 1202 very well and I had to modify it a bit.

This was the fastest shipping imaginable! I do wish that i could buy just the wafer thermostat, I didn't really need the assembly.! But we will do business again!
