KastEZ Resin- 2 Part Rapid Cure Casting Resin

When ever I receive an item thru the mail I always check for damage. In this case the shipping packaging was perfect no damage at all, it was only when I opened the box that contained the kit, not the shipping box but the colorful box that contains the kit itself.when it was opened I found that the entire interior was soaked in the contents of bottle A, this had the resin, bottle B was a hardener. I figure I notify the seller, and I sent off a email( thru Amazon) to request a replacement bottle. a week has passed and no response.As for the product itself what little part A I had when mixed to a 1:1 mixture as the directions state started to cure around 5 minutes.and the final product was a bit rubbery. This makes sanding, and carving a bit troublesome.
