I took half the dose for two or three days when I was feeling like I was coming down with something and I feel like they definitely helped. Taking with food or mid-meal helped me so that they wouldn't give me acid reflux, which I usually struggle with anyway

Excellent product. Got to take it as soon as your feeling like a cold or bug is knocking at your door. Great ingredients, research them, worth your time. Take this along with boosting your intake of vitamin C, Zinc, Vitamin D3, elderberry syrup along with this Quick Defense perhaps Oregano oil capsules and in a few days you'll feel much better. It is a great way to prevent colds

I truly do find that I can avoid catching my kids’ colds when I take this! Whenever I can tell my kids are getting sick, I take two in the morning, two in the evening for a couple days and I have been able to avoid catching what they have! So happy to have found this.
