The dextrose and maltodextrin are in very small quantities! I do not think that the mg amount of either of these sugars is going to cause any problem with your blood sugars. The total amount in the packet is under 1 gram and the calories are listed as ZERO!

On each box of Splenda˜ it says how many packets come in each box. The box on this page that I'm looking at now says 400 packets. I buy the 2,000 count box. Hope this helps.
