This is a beautiful calligraphy set my husband purchased for me as a Christmas gift.It is absolutely beautiful. It comes in a beautiful box that closes via magnets. It makes a wonderful gift, as I even loved the box. Highly recommend.

Have to dip it in ink every word but that is commen with feather pens. Great gift

This is really a beautiful set. I was so b excited. Even the nibs are beautiful.

I was disappointed when this pen set arrived. It looks beautiful in the pictures, but in person the metal is cheap/thinner than expected, and was tarnishing green in spots already on the pen. The nibs are thin and bend easily so care is needed when taking them in/out of the pen. They are also incredibly difficult to write with. Only one nib produced a strong black line, but the ink ran out so quickly you would need to dip the pen every half a word to get any sort of consistency. I ended up throwing the set out due to my own laziness in not wanting to bother with the return process, but would definitely recommend saving your money. If you are new to dip pen writing I have found glass/crystal pens to work great when starting out as they hold ink for long periods and are easy to write with. Hope this helps!

Have to check Youtube on how to use it as, you dip the pen in the ink. Then try to use it on paper and does not work. So, there is some learning curve to it.

I an so happy! I’ve been writing my name repeatedly on two whole sheet front and back of white bond paper, it holds ink perfectly and works perfectly!I just with the envelope opener was sharp enough though, I have not used it yet and hoping it works.
