Amazing and very high quality. Fits great; doesn't slip too much. Almost the same ones that they use in PT.Workout Review:+Straps are extremely comfortable; very fitted.+Cuffs are nicely designed; great for squats/running/stair master- After intense sweating, you can feel the straps start to slip, which is kinda a bummer. To be fair, they only started to slip after I had done stair master and 4 sets of weighted squats. I was sweating like crazy and that is when they began to slip. I'm thinking some baby powder should help fix that up, though.I'm positive that this is the best brand available for K-bands, and I think it's great for PT and to help increase functional strength for sports. I'm sad to say that one of the green bands snapped after an hour :/ I'm hoping the company has a small fee for replacing it or will just send a new green band and won't make me buy a whole new set. Used the red bands instead and they seemed super sturdy; endured a lot of lunges and squats. I think that one green band was just a dud.Overall fantastic​ set though! Would def buy again!--UPDATE----Company sent a replacement within a day or so. Red bands have still been working great--no snapping even when I do squats, power thrusts, stairmaster, and lunges. Green bands seem pretty sturdy, no tearing or signs of wear. I'm assuming if the red band still hasn't snapped while I'm doing these activities then I will be good to go with the green bands.

These are excellent; I have seen and tried others that are cheaper, but, they break down quickly. These are very firm; made of good material. It is totally worth paying a little extra for these... Really happy with them.... Good product!!

These are amazing, daughter trying out for cheer and using to improve her toe touches and her herkie jump. There is an immediate improvement on both within the first day of trying them ,they come with two different resistance bands the green one is the hardest, I rec using the red ones first and it still really helps. Would def recommend.

I got.rhis.for my 12 year son for football and basketball training. It works great. The straps are adjustable so I've been putting in work with it too. Plus I didn't even know it came with this stretching belt that I attach to my foot and I can pull my leg all the way towards me to get a full stretch. My daughter has been using it to help with her scorpion cheer move. We're all benefitting.

These bands are amazing! My bands did separate from the velcro however working with their customer service they were very generous and replaced them!!

We use the product for one month, and Velcro stopped working, like to return and get new one.

I bought this product for my son 12. Its has improved his speed and leg strength. I recommen this for soccer players.
