Excellent. I learned about the magic of manganese 40 years ago when I was a dancer with a sprained ankle from a fellow dancer. 4 decades later I was diagnosed with elhers danlos hypermobility, it's a congenital and genetic condition that effects connective tissues - tendons, fascia, skin etc.. We are the bendy folks. More of an asset in youth. However now with aging, it is brutal. The worst symptom for me of is lax tendons. That means my bones slide and grind around and often get cripplingly dislocated-unless I take manganese. It seems seems to reconstitute my connective tissues - noticeably in my tendons. I have used this brand for decades.

Great price for a great product

High quality product in my opinion. This mineral has been very helpful to my health for at least the past fifteen years.....

It seems great so far. Purchased for skin benefits. I'm pretty freaked out to try more than one per week though, as the upper limit for manganese is supposed to be 11mg. Venturing through reddit I found that there may be a tolerance differential between chelated manganese and non chelated manganese, but little was addressed on the forum that was meaningful. So, sticking to 1 per week for safety!

The product has never been a disappointment to me.

Great Supplement

After taking another company’s multi for a few months, my body became abnormally fatigued. It turned out that I had signs of manganese insufficiency. I am a long term user of Soloray products and knew that I needed a great manganese product so I ordered Solaray. It ordered it February 12. It originally listed a February 14 delivery date but kept getting changed. It didn’t arrive until March 4, 19 days later. The product is good but the delivery part of Solaray is terrible.
