Awesome timer. As far as I can tell it keeps accurate time. Loud - which is what I wanted.

If I could give this a 0 star review I would. It’s complete garbage. Unless you understand how to take this apart with all the gears and you’re prepared to fix it don’t bother. I guess the 1 star is just because jt looks like a 60 minute windup timer. Which is why I bought the junk to begin with. I attempted to take it apart and fix it and it was immediately apparent that I don’t have time to learn how to become a watch maker and it was trashed. What a waste of time and resources. Products like this are what’s wrong with the world today.

***Important Update! Turn timer dial to 60 minutes, then set your time dial to what time you want. The bell will work then. I tried to set the time to 5 minutes for making tea and the bell would not ring. Come to find out after watching some videos online, you need to wind the timer (clockwise) all the way to load the spring up to ring the bell. Then turn the dial counter clockwise to the desired time that you want. Worked every time I did it that way. Hope this helps someone.

Sometimes it doesn’t go off when i set it to a small amount of time. I know to wind it up first and everything. Just hit or miss. It works great for kids timing situations though

This is like the one I had many years ago! It does have a loud tick, but like the one years ago, I put it across the house. The ring is nice and loud. I don’t have to listen carefully for my stove timer now. When I was younger, I used it to time my naps, cooking and exercising. I got it for exercising since I’m starting back up. Go all the way around with the dial then back track it for the time you wish. Like right now. I back tracked it to 55 the back around to 15 minutes. (Time to check on our pumpkin pie.) it’s a good purchase. I’ve had it one day. It’s just very slight not as sturdy as years ago, but very close to the same. The dial isn’t as easy to turn, but no big deal just different.

Works well and can be heard all over the house so I can be doing other things and not miss the timer.

It barely rings and it's very quiet. I can't hear in another room. It doesn't need batteries and looks good. Not very good quality. I don't recommend

It does not work the way they tell you on the package, it is hard to turn, it does not turn 5 min. to the right first and it only rings once, very soft..... so you never hear it.
