The beeswax itself is wonderful! There is no off putting smell. I think it takes a little longer to melt but that's a good thing, there's no risk of burning. I also like how it is packaged, there are other suppliers that send it to you in zip lock, though its double bagged, there is still a risk of losing your product. This is a very high quality product that works in many of my projects with no worries

They should provide beeswax in low quantity packages as well because most of the beads are unused.
