Customer Service is Great
11/9/2024 update: Customer service is top notch and made things right.Used for some cords for Halloween. The 4 corner snaps worked after I received it, but after opening to remove the cords 2 tabs snapped off for no good reason.

Water proof
The material is a little flimsy and not what they show in the videos. Don’t think you can stand on it and it will hold. Also the space inside is quite restricted give. The actual size so have to work hard to get it installed.

Wonderful guard for cords outdoors
I have not installed either of the two devices I ordered, but I'm really impressed with how well-constructed this guard is. It appears the company has thought of everything in designing this waterproof/critterproof device. (The latter is actually why I wanted to try this.) I will be installing outdoor lights in the next few weeks and I'm sure I'll be pleased with the results. There's plenty of room inside to include a power cord plug, the plug for the lights, and for the controller for the lights. The ends seal very well around the cords, and extra pieces are included to accommodate smaller cords. So far, I can say only good things about it. And it's very affordable.

Restmo Extension Cord Safety Cover works with leaf blower
I bought the Restmo Extension Cord Safety Cover, even though the price is a little on the high side, because the ratings were very high. We have a big hand held electric leaf blower that requires #12 wiring. If I had chosen a smaller safety cover (the ones that are for #14 wire and smaller) there would have been a problem getting the wires to properly fit. This device has a cam lock that prevents the cable from pulling back and causing the plug connection to 'break' or pull apart. The leaf blower has a cable that is about 18 inches long with a male plug on the end. The extension cord female socket is on the extension cord. The safety cover prevents the connectors from pulling apart while the blower is in use. While the setup looks a little strange (big green thing attached to the wires), the who setup makes use of the blower much more easy. In conclusion, if you are using #12 exterior cable, this product is likely to serve your needs.

Too big or too small
I have purchased multiple sizes of these to help install "R" brand plug in cameras on the outside of my house. I use them to hide the extra AC side of the cord as well as the transformer and USB side of the cord. I have purchased both the large version and the small versions. No such thing as a medium size. Hard to believe you have to choose between a tiny little thing or a huge ugly box just to fit cables inside. Looks like butt but better than having cables zip tied on the soffit hanging down.

Works
It is quite rainy where i reside and needed to protect the Christmas decorations while being plugged out in the yard. The covers are a bit bulky but understandable since they need to fit plugs in them. It worked great and was not hard at all to use.

Does what I need for my car charger
I got this to further enclose my Level 1 car charger/extension cord junction. I have street parking, and somebody tried to unplug the charger and steal it the other night- car alarm and me coming outside stopped that.It made me realize that I had to ward off the low-effort thieves and to slow down someone who tries. The extension cord I use is gauge 12/3, and the charger has a right angle plug, so I needed something that could accommodate. This mostly satisfied my needs.Unfortunately, the insulation on the charger is very thick, and goes beyond what this box is rated for (12/3). I had to pop the strain relief plastic out to make it fit without the strain relief digging into the insulation. It came out easily. The cord did mostly fit after that, though it is no longer really waterproof, because the larger diameter cable pushes the enclosure halves apart on that side. If my cables were both 12/3, it would have remained totally waterproof. Regardless, this should keep the junction plenty dry in the rain, as did my previous use of some simple shrink-wrap.

Great Product to Protect Outdoor Electrical Connections
Great heavy duty case to protect outdoor electrical connections including device transformers that are not water proof.Bought to protect a few connections for outdoor lighting.I would highlight that they are a good size for connections and single device tranformer. As long as your not trying to place a power bar that will not fit and see no reason to do so. And good heavy duty, you can walk on top of these without damage. There are other similar products for cheaper but doubt they are heavy duty as these are advertised.

Perfect!
Very pleased with this. It fit my 220v generator extension cord. I use a 30 amp 50ft and a 15 ft extension cord for my generator together.

Safety first.
This arrived to day. Seems like a very sturdy and well made product. I’m excited to not have to worry about the rain on my outdoor electrical cords.

Great for keeping holiday electrical connections dry!
I used this product to secure the connection between a holiday light projector and an extension cord. I could not run the projector directly to the outlet as the cord was not long enough and the connection would have been in the middle of the front lawn and ground zero for snow and moisture. This connection box has rubber grommets on either side, and it comes with additional inserts in case you have skinny cables to make sure the connection is weather tight. It clips together easily, the plastic is sturdy, and has worked well for me so far. It is also large enough that if you have larger plug ends (common on some inflatables as well as some exterior extension cords) you should have room to connect them.
