I collected my book today and saw a note on it saying "This is a gift, we are refunding money from amazon", they even highlighted a few pages for me. This completely made my day. You have no idea! I have been wanting to order this book for months now because of the great things I've heard that it teaches but I had other books reading. I decided to go ahead and buy it after I completed a few and then this happened. I can't wait to read it! I know it will give me the knowledge to open doors! Very good book

Best and must have book for opening a business and creating new market share. Still valid for 2020 entrepreneurs.

Highly recommend!

This book is great for a very high level overview, however I'd love to see the detailed research on the graphs and how they created the actual value curve graphs for each or some of the company's. Personally I have a hard time replicating the research to visual graph.

As you can see this books looks like it was drug through hell and back. I am very disappointed in the shape of this book.
