The bands are great for a range of exercises. I mainly bought them for when I’m travelling or on holiday but I’ve incorporated them into quick workouts as well as longer sessions at home as well.The lighter weights are good for stretching and easing Into a workout but you can still play around with the resistance and do tougher exercises.I’ve but taken them on holiday and business trips a few times now and they fit in my bag so easy and there’s always something to tie them round to get different angles to pull/push. The photos I attached are all from my room but I use them at outdoor workout stations as well by tying them around the bars. The door stop I got with the three pack is really handy as well.Overall a really solid purchase. Perfect for people who might travel a lot and want to keep in shape whilst on the move but also amazing for toning at home and incorporating into a callisthenics Workout if you’ve got access to a set of bars.

Fast delivery and all round great product once again from Pull up and dip!I use it regularly to train muscle ups and already seeing great progress in technique and strength gains. Also very useful for stretching before workouts (helps prevent injury).

Really really happy with how it turned out- i thought it's going to be decent quality- it's really good make, durable, definitely fitting parameters, even little drawstring bag is such a neat addition. Totally recommend for someone who trains more often (daily for example.)

Bought the red, black and blue bands, i don't use them often, specially the blue band and always used on calisthenics exercices, used as assistance. Blue band snapped after 5 months...My old band lasted 4 years and was much cheaper.Quality/price not worth at all, too expensive and cheap material, I'm very disappointed with that brand

The band arrived with a huge imperfection in the surface, I'm pretty sure in the future will broke exactly there, don't know if they do by propose so it broke faster and I need to buy a new one early, but this is not safe. Amazon delivery perfect like always.

I’ve been doing calisthenics off and on for a while now. As of late I’ve been the most consistent I’ve been since my twenties which is great but plateauing quickly has been an issue. The pull-up bar on the power-tower in my driveway has a 45 degree bend in at the end and well, no matter how hard I’ve tried I could only get one or maybeee two. Now with the help of the resistance/spotter bands I do sets of 8. Rips up the wings and upper chest (possibly other places also just the ones I notice). I haven’t started weaning myself off of them as I’ve only had ‘em a few days but so far I’m happy with the quality and ease of use. My only criticism would be the holding bags are a smidge too small. You have to really wind the thing up to make it fit in the bag. Not a big deal but another inch would make a world of difference- no, “that’s what she said” jokes thanks. 😅 Overall good quality, works as intended.

At age 52 and never being anywhere near managing a chin- or pull up, using this set progressively, it took me just 21 days to go from heavily assisted to my first successful unassisted chin- and pull up.These bands are very nice for stretching as well.
