Upon seeing my physio using a similar instrument on me, I bought this tool to use to relieve tension and pain under the soles of my feet, which was really bad (to the point that I couldn’t walk) when playing sport. It has been an absolute Godsend. I now use it as a preventative massage tool with Tiger Balm and I have had no problems with my feet since and have even been able to throw away my orthotics.

Ive used this product now for a couple of years in professional practise. Works very well on patients with myofacial issues and saves my hands on long days at the clinic.

Good product, can get uncomfortable to hold as all the edges are the same width

Used on my foot to help with a planta issue, after using it the pain was gone instantly! Probably need to watch a few more videos on using it correctly!

Money well spent. I am gua sha enthusiast. I have a lot of tools in different materials. But this is one will be placed among few best tools for fascia adhesion breakdown. Fully recommended for people who suffer from neck pain. Light movements with this tool and you can see results in moments.

Absoloutley brilliant tool I use it to push down legs for shin splints , ice had them all my life and finally found something which works highly reccomend

Edge is a bit sharp is only my complain. Comfortable to use especially for foot massage. Good value for money.

I can’t say enough about this little tool. How can something so small be so amazing?I’ve had it for a few weeks now, and I keep it under my pillow. Sounds funny, but for real, I use it every night before I go to sleep and during the restless hours of the night when I can’t sleep.It’s so simple yet so effective for “scraping”. Releases tightness, tension, helps with inflammation and I’m currently working on area behind my knee called a bakers cyst. I don’t know if it’ll make it go away, as I’ve had it for years, but I’m sure going to try!I use this little tool ALL over from head to toe - literally. I love it on my hands, forearms, neck, upper back (where I can reach), lower back, hips, thighs, around knee, calves, ankles and feet. Oh. And face. That too. I cannot believe how good it feels everywhere.It’s the best purchase under 20 I’ve ever made. Only wish I had discovered it sooner!
