Trident Replacement Purge Valves for Your Snorkel

Ordered this after my 4 year old son ripped the original one out of his US Diver snorkel (Children’s size, from Costco). It fits well and does what it’s supposed to. I happened to have some digital calipers handy, and measured the opening; this was the listing that “fit” the bill (and the snorkel).

I ordered 2 different sizes of purge valves because I wasn't quite sure which would fit. I actually didn't need it for a snorkel, I needed it for an old dive mask on which the purge valve had totally perished. (I would have replaced the mask but have prescription lenses glued onto the face plate of the old one and it was just too much hassle to replace everything. Plus the silicon rubber skirt of the old mask was still in great shape). Once I had the new valves in hand, I found the 20mm one fit. It was a snap installing the new valve, and it works great. I'm very pleased and it was way cheaper than buying a new mask plus replacement prescription lenses.

The valve fit perfectly for our snorkels . I suggest measuring the opening before selecting size ...Thought the price was high for the little piece of rubber ...but replacement parts usually are ....happy with the purchase

The purge valve worked perfect for my U S Divers mask, which I purchased it for. Doesn't work just with snorkels as hoped! I am very pleased with the service and product. Don't hesitate to be creative with a "fix".
