I Installed this on a 2015 Lexus RX350, took about a half a day. I de-pinned all of the unused wires from the harnesses before I started in order to clean things up.The instructions are OK. I used them to make a spreadsheet/chart with all of the wire descriptions, colors and locations for the harnesses and my vehicle and printed it out to have with me in the vehicle.I soldered all connections, wrapped with 3M electrical tape and then used 3M friction tape to wrap all of the wires so they all look like factory harnesses. Programming was simple.I will be adding the smart phone kit for the added features and extended range.The only con is that the vehicle shuts off when you open the door but that is not specific to this remote start manufacture anyway.It works as advertised, I had no issues and am satisfied. Highly recommend.

The price is unbeatable. This kit can be intimidating because all the wires but there were only 6 splices i had to tap and 2 easy ground connections. I had little trouble with the ECM plug splices but after looking at another instruction sheet that had better photos on the website from a different model for my car i determined I spliced the incorrect wires and the module would not programe but as soon as I corrected this it was good to go. Installed on 2010 Lexus RX350. Took me longer because of my mistake but I’d say about an hour taking your time. You print instructions from there site read those carefully the diagrame shows all connections. I printed to better read and have on hand witch I recommend. Also I contacted support from there site on a Sunday and they replied supper fast on Sunday fast service. If your handy this should be a walk in the park. I didn’t want to pay $300 for some other brand that was plug and play and it does the same thing with my factory control key Also splices should not be with quick clips they recommend splice divide wires and twist it’s all on the instructions I ended up soldering and was pretty easy these wires heat up fast and take Solder fast and easy. Yes it did work, but their execution for the novice installer is pathetic at best… i did another brand on my tahoe… plug and play… took me 10 minutes… this one… 85 wires… u you 6 but its 90 minutes of fumbling through bad instructions with poor pictures… its like 2 high school kids designed this in a basement of captivity to make their captors money for their release… and I… am the poor sucker who bit off on it

The remote start works perfectly! Just be sure to follow the instructions very carefully and make sure you have the correct plugs and wires that you are tapping into and the product works perfectly, well worth it!

I followed the instructions to the letter. Mind you, I have a degree in electronics from a local college, so I am no novice and understand how to make connections. I called Customer Service and they responded with instructions via email on how to perform a master reset. I them followed the instructions on how to program the unit. It still would not work with my OEM fob. I reset the unit again and reprogrammed. Still nothing. The vehicle still functions normally, so there is no reason to believe I have any loose or incorrect wiring. I have emailed Customer Service again (they are not available on weekends when most of us driveway mechanics are working). If they can get this unit working, I'm willing to change my rating, but, right now, they actually deserve a ZERO.

Only minus is that car stops running when you open the car's door. If you install it right it will work )))

This works great. You don’t really need the remote controls that comes with it, however they do seem to have a greater range than the regular remote do when operating the remote start.
