Excellent for AirCurve 10 + SoClean 2
There's a lot to like about this purchase. I haven't discovered any problems. I have purchased two of these LHXEQR Tubing Adapter kits over the past decade. With the recent arrival of all new supplies (hose, humidifier tank, nasal pillows, filters, etc.) from my BiPAP equipment supplier, I decided to replace the AirCurve 10 humidifier tank cover and black tubing as well. This AirCurve 10 humidifier tank cover fits perfectly. However, as they state, it does not include a replacement rubber or silicone gasket that seals the two halves of the closed tank; you must use your old one. Where this purchase exceled is that it included a long stretch--about six feet--of correctly-sized new, black tubing. I replaced the tube running from my SoClean 2 to the one-way check valve, and from there to my AirCurve 10. I had plenty of new black tube to spare. It was easy and it took me all of 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

Exact fit, easy reversible installation
Exactly as advertised. Clipped in place, no muss, no fuss, it just works. Also easy to unclip and restore the original lid if I need to travel.

LHXEQR Tubing Adapter for ResMed AirSense 10 - Compatible with So-Clean
This device is necessary if you are using So-Clean for your CPAP device. It works at home but would be terrible for travel because of the components and the possibility of damage. You'll need this and the standard water container that comes with your CPAP for travel. The device is expensive and it requires maintenance products on a six months basis. Although costly, the ease of use that it provides makes it worthwhile for me personally.

It works!
I had purchased my SoClean machine a few years ago when they only came with machine-specific adapters. My original CPAP finally reached its time-in-service expiration and was replaced, but unfortunately the adapter I had didn't work for the new machine. I searched SoClean's shop and they do not sell them separately anymore. Apparently, the new ones come with all of the adapters. Anyway, rather than the hassle of trying to contact SoClean (which may not have been a hassle at all, I don't know) I found this, ordered it, received it in a couple days, installed it in a couple minutes, and BAM! clean CPAP again!! It works as described, fit perfectly, and is super easy to install.

Was disappointed but the seller made it right.
I was really looking forward to this because I had great experiences with my old machine and using the So Clean. Now I have a new Airsense 10. It seemed to have cleaned the same BUT the next morning I woke up to water allover my nightstand. I was like what the f_ck??? I'm was extremely disappointed 😞. I didn't think that I'll get a refund because I used it. HOWEVER, I was contacted by the seller and they apologized for the piece not fitting and they did send a refund. They said that they were changing manufacturer to better their product. I hope that they are able to change it and get the product corrected. This was the problem. This lid may look like the same as that provided by SoClean for the ResMed S10 CPAP HumidAir water chamber cover on the outside but it falls very short of that from SoClean. The primary problem is with the two holes that connect the water chamber to the CPAP machine. On the lid supplied by SoClean, the two ports are complete tubes on the bottom (inside) of the lid. On the lid manufactured by AECKT the smaller port is cut off flush with the bottom of the lid. When the water chamber is opened for filling condensation forms on the inside top of that port and when opened it runs off onto whatever surface the chamber is placed on to refill it after a nights use. Also, it gets the bottom of the chamber all wet. If you don't wipe it dry before reinserting it into the CPAP machine it could cause problems because water and electricity don't mix. This never happened with the water chambers supplied by ResMed as well as that supplied by SoClean. I guess the manufacturer wanted to save some bucks by skimping on plastic used to manufacture each lid.
