These chelated copper tablets are small, blue, and easy to swallow. They come in a convenient two-pack, with secure packaging – sealed both on the outside and under the cap. I appreciate that each bottle clearly displays the lot number and expiration date.I take one tablet daily, but I’ve found that timing is crucial. If I take it in the morning with my other medications or on an empty stomach, I get nauseous. To avoid this, I take it later in the day after dinner, and then I have no issues. Overall, great product as long as you take it with food!

Background: heard about a turkey rancher loosing turkeys due to some issue. I think it was heart related. Ended up using copper in their feed and drastically improved the health of the turkeys.
