Nutrients are in your blood, in order for your muscles to receive nutrients, you need your blood to flow to deliver them. When I take these before working out I feel pumped, maybe it's placebo effect? I wouldn't know how else to prove it but I feel a boost of energy when I take this like I drank coffee without coffee. I took it with one serving of pre workout, I reduced the serving to half now! I'm not a pill/capsule taker, I always have a hard time, and these weren't any easier since I needed to take 4 per serving. I would advise to find a powder version instead of encapsulated and mix with water, juice, or pre workout.

I like this actually! You get the natural energy high same as you would from fruit like a VERY sweet apple! Definitely feel the pump from it in ANY area I work out. Due to prostate cancer being a thing in my family I’ve been doing Kegals (both reg and reverse where i take a deep breath and push AGAINST my pelvic floor and not just contract)for prostate health since I was about 18 so I have two real fronts to judge this on and this DEFINITELY benefits that muscle more then synthetic NO2 products who are just mimicking the natural NO2 beets cause inside us! I just got the pills in as of this review, haven't tried them yet so this review isn't a reflection on those; However, if you open the bottle up and inhale the contents you can smell the beets. For 220 pills the bottle isn't full, better than some others I have gotten, but still empty enough that I can stand a tube of chapstick, and it is barely visible from the top.

This is a capsule.It's great for increased energy purposes and has many health benefits. There's no after Taste. did not cause any stomach issues. It's a great quantity for the price . I do recommend
