Excellent Key & Fill Lights for Youtube Videos / Twitch Streaming
I am extremely new to this world, so this review is coming from the perspective of a Video Photography Newbie. I first spent only $50 on a set of 2 "EMart LED" Lights for the purpose of lighting up myself for Youtube Video's that I am working on, and then also using them for lighting up myself for streaming on Twitch with Friends. They were HORRIBLE. They were lights, so you could at least see me on my brand new A7SII Camera, but they were incredibly harsh, and a crap diffusion layer that really didn't diffuse them at all, and on top of that because the diameter of the lights were so small, in order to get the shot bright enough to lower ISO to a reasonable level, they had to be at almost 100% which meant that for the Streaming Content I had trouble keeping my eyes open because of the harsh blaring light in my eyes. On top of that because of the harsh light, my shot was very unevenly lit, and just did not look great. They do however make decent Rim lights, If they didn't flicker all the time.So it was obvious to me after a day of shooting with those cheap lights, that I needed to find something better. The Elgato Key Light was what I really wanted as you can completely control that from the PC, which for me is perfect. However $230 Per Light when I needed 2, was just not something I was willing to pay when I had already dropped $4500 On Camera's and Lenses. So I did some more digging, this time actually looking at reviews instead of just assuming an LED Light is an LED Light, and I came across these Dazzne D50's.These things are amazing. You find multiple pretty well respected Youtubers praising them, and for what I needed them for, which is again lighting myself and for lighting products for Review, these are the perfect light. They are very evenly diffused, the 15Inch Diameter makes them a great size to light anything I intend to shoot, and even though I can't natively control these from my Phone or PC, it does come with a nifty little remote, that does an excellent job of getting me buy. Of course you don't want to use the included remote to turn these off or on, because they remain powered when you turn them off with the remote (It just dims the lights to 0%), but I have plenty of Smart Plugs, So I just plugged both of my lights into their own smart plug, which I can then turn both on and off independently on my smart phone or PC, which is working great for me.Also because they do have the remote interface this means it is possible to develop a PC/Phone App to send commands to the Lights, which is something I am working on right now. I have successfully mapped Dimming and Brightening the Lights already, its just a lot of work so it will take me sometime before I will be able to reliably control every single setting from my Phone and PC. But the fact that we even can makes these even a better value. The Only Somewhat Major Drawback I can find to these lights is that they do not have threading on all 4 sides of the light so that you can mount it how you want it on your own stands. They actually screw there mounting arm directly to the lights, so you can't even take off the included plastic mount and swap it out for your own without 3d Printing Your own custom design, which is definitely a negative. However, even though the included mount is plastic, it does seem to work pretty well, and I had no problem using the included Mount to Mount the 2nd Light to a Normal Heavy Duty 8 Foot Stand. So at least it is possible.Everything else about this light though is awesome, and especially for those of you first getting into Youtube and Twitch Content Creation, I highly recommend these as your first lights. You can save yourself a lot of money verse the higher end professional options, and even save money from the Elgato competitor to these, and still get the same exact quality of shot that you would get with those more expensive lights. For that reason I am definitely giving this Product 5 out of 5 Stars.Great First Set of Lights!

Great lights at half the cost of the Elgato, but the remote can be janky
I don't have the luxury of having my own space to stream, so I'm stuck in what is essentially the dining room of our house. My wife, understandably, does not want to be featured on cam, and so with the green screen situation, the lighting leaves a bit to be desired. It was difficult to get quality lighting and my green screen shot was full of artifacts and pixels dancing here and there.I began looking into better LED lights and came across these in a couple of YouTube reviews. I opted for this set over a single Elgato Key Light. I mean, heck, two lights AND a remote to control them? Yes. Please. These lights get VERY bright. I've maxed out my lighting needs at 40%, and gone as low as 30%, with the higher percentage needed as I get into the more natural light range. The difference it made to the capture quality when I'm using a green screen is amazing. For the most part, the lines around me are smooth and that's only using one light. My current settings are 40% and 3600 for the color range. Now, where do I wish there were improvements?I have a three monitor setup with 1 monitor on the left and two on the right, one above the other. The stand allows the light to rise well above the single monitor, but nowhere close to getting above the top monitor of the other two. An extra 6" would be nice, but I'm not going to dock a star for that.My biggest issue is with the remote as it leaves a lot to be desired. When I move the wheel around on mine to raise or lower the brightness, it almost always jumps around. If I move the wheel to the right to raise the amount, the percentage jumps all over the place, sometimes down to 0%. It's frustrating. In addition, it seems to drain the battery quickly, so I keep it turned off unless I need it. Hold the button down to power on/off, the power button to turn the light on/off, then hold it down again to conserve the battery.Sometimes the light randomly turns on even though I have the remote turned off. Short of turning the light off via the switch on the back, I'm not sure what to do. It's happened twice in the couple of weeks I've had it.All in all, for the same price of one of the Elgato lights, I have two of them. Is the Elgato better? I'm not sure...I've never used one, but the videos I watched on YouTube make an excellent argument for the Dazzne lights. Perhaps if they were closer in price...maybe a $20 or $30 difference, I'd go with the well known brand, but getting 2 Dazznes for the price of 1 Elgato made the decision an easy one for me to make.

Bright!
Very bright lights, I'm using to light up a green screen wall. Adjustable flaps are nice to bounce light off multiple walls.

Perfect to bring light to a dark room or improve streaming video quality
I stream on twitch and people in the chat comments saying how better the quality of the camera was with a bit more light. During the day I have them on at about 10-15% just to add a little more 'natural' light to my dark computer corner which helps with eye strain. Both Lights worked out of the box with no complications and I am very impressed. Everyone I show is also very impressed. It was also a real surprise that the lights came two weeks early so excellent company to purchase from.1st pic: Yellow light2nd: white light3rd: remote4th: off

It's alright.
It's not a bad light for people on a budget. They really need to put directions in the box for people with learning disabilities though.

Problems right out of the box
The stand for the lights is adequate. The lights come without batteries and the remote as well, even though there is a dangerous goods warning on the box for batteries. The first light worked properly and I was able to turn it on and off and also adjust the brightness and colour. The second light turned on but as soon as I went to adjust the colour, it started flashing and flickering, then it went into "lightningMode" (not useful) and it stayed there. I was unable to reset it or get it to work even after reading and following all instructions. The lights are also not very soft, the subjects appear very red except when using the white colour, but the subject's are still very shiny. Overall not happy, packed and returned.Seller promised a solution and I agreed to have a new unit sent. I waited a week and further communicated with the seller to no avail. I never did receive the promised promo code to reorder this product. The seller never made good on their promise.I do not recommend this product and do not recommend this seller.
