Great product. I love these vitamins! Here is a great way to up your folate intake without having to take the synthetic form, folic acid. Do a little research on folate vs. folic acid consumption and you most likely want to try to consume this B vitamin in its folate form. Get an additional boost with B6 and B12 as well. I have always received my order on time and never had any problems with the seller. Definitely recommended.
