So far happy with this quality product. Customer service also went out of their way when I had difficulty setting it up.

Does not include air bridge even though I paid extra for it. Advertisement/images/description are inaccurate. This is only the mic setup and does NOT include the air bridge. Have ordered twice and both times did not include air bridge.

Purchased the Philips Speechmike Premium Air in May of 2023. It comes set up as a desktop dictaphone, with the option of an "Airbridge" that allow you to use it in a more portable fashion. The dictaphone works well enough. Unfortunately, the Airbridge started to develop issues after about a year, and finally "malfunctioned" 17 months after purchase, and no longer works. It is considered an accessory, so it only has a 6 month warranty. Disappointing as this is not an inexpensive system, and it is now significantly downgraded as I can only use at my desk rather than with me while I see patients.

I had high hopes for this microphone as a radiologist and wow this thing doesn't work at all it constantly drops voice the recognition is terrible, I've gone through every single step trying to get it to configure correctly. Absolutely would not recommend. The most frustrating Mic I've ever had to deal with.

Can’t get rid of the echo despite going through all online suggestions but it’s tolerableOverall being untethered is awesome

Very good and fast wireless mic for use with dragon medical one. The air bridge is recommended but adds nearly 100$ to the price. Typical markup for anything meant for use in medicine. It is worth it because it saves me lots of time and so far battery life and connectivity is very good. This mic plus dragon medical one (the cloud based one that you subscribe to ) have given me hours per week back that I had lost to a terrible EMR called Praxis.
