Vacuum Pack Mussel Meat Cooked Frozen

Bought these, for the first time, as a short cut for a Christmas Eve dish. Did not expect much. Was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. Would buy again, but usually out of stock. I guess others have discovered them also.

The picture shows that these muscles are wild caught and the product of Denmark while what I received were farm raised mussels from Chile. It’s outrages how deceiving the labels are and no one bothered to check them for accuracy. Will never buy again.

I had a stronger seafood taste than normal for muscles, What I come to expect muscles to taste like was buried under this very strong seafood kind of taste, Don't plan to purchase again
