My printer mysteriously was not printing for some reason so I went online to google the solution. It turns out the imaging unit was not working and it was quite expensive to replace. Upon looking on Amazon, I could this affordable unit and after replacing it, it worked right away.

I was getting smudges on the side of my paper when printing. When I saw the price of the Samsung drum replacement I was on the verge of just getting a new printer instead. Then I found this one for a third of the Samsung drum and decided to give it a shot. It came quickly - got it in 2 days despite the holiday weekend. I popped it in the printer and BAM! No more smudges. So far works like a charm. Will not hesitate to order again.

Some manufacturers charge much more than the remanufacturered parts, which I try to use. Very pleased with this item.
