Pamapic Patio Heater, 42,000 BTU Quartz Glass Tube Hammered Bronze Gas Outdoor Heater

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Due to powder coat on some pegs, part of this was very difficult to get together. Missing a female threaded hole on one corner so screw had nothing to grab. Pilot does not have enough gas going to it so it sputters non stop as such, you don't have a constant pilot flame to heat up the thermocoupler so it is hard to light and very noisy once it finally does. As far as heat output, not as good as I had hoped. I don't see this as being rated at 42,000BTU. Ended up with 4 brackets and screws in the kit that are not mentioned in the instructions (which are not well written). Tried to add a video but amazon (site) won't let me.

Updated 11/21 - Moved Rating from One Star to Four Stars - Supplier quickly responded and provided missing parts. Finishing assembly - and it is working just fine. Overall very satisfied - the unit looks great - but as many reviewers have already noted these patio 'heaters' do not throw much heat - but looks very festive!Unit arrived today - as promised. Unfortunately after assembling most of the unit we found it was missing a part - "WARNING! The black silicone ring must be in place prior to operating the heater." This critical part is missing. One would think a part that comes with such a warning in the instructions - there would be a quality check that it is in the box. We carefully went through each box again and could not find any where in the packaging - would think such an important piece would be in with the hardware package or in with the glass tube (nope).Hoping Pamapic is reliable and will expedited getting us the part. Will adjust this review once we receive a response. Sad to say - right now we have a very tall 'door stop'?

Aside from arriving in a million pieces, and taking two hours to assemble, it doesn’t put out enough heat. I had two of these and at full flame ( yes the flames were huge)you had to be very close to it to feel the heat.I had two other regular heaters with the same btu and they were a lot better and a lot warmer

A real POS, Many of the hardware pieces did not fit. I ended up repurchasing about 70% of the screws because the included screws did not fit the parts. Either the holes were way too big for "Any" of the included screws or the included screws were too small. I spent several hours in Ace Hardware fitting the hardware. The heater is finally together after two weekends of total frustration. but now that it is together I am hoping that it does the job. I would never purchase a product from this manufacturer again. There is NO quality control. I mean NO quality control.

This heater is large, hard to move and it goes through propane fast. Does not put out enough heat to warm a patio and goes through a tank of propane with in a few hours. Had we not already put it together would have sent back.

Beautiful addition to our patio. Easy to install a propane tank and looks gorgeous at night. Provides decent heat in the immediate vicinity. The wheel kit was a good addition as well. Company is very responsive and wonderful customer service. Overall recommend

I really like this heater. I do have it in an area with a low ceiling and we are going to have to add something to the top to keep the ceiling from getting hot when the heater is turned up all the way. I thought the top would deflect the heat better, but this would not be an issue in an open area. Great item and different. Looks great at night.

Love the design. But the quality hasn't been thought out by the manufacturer
