Don't trust it with square tubing
Despite the blurb touting it'll hold instruments up to "60lbs" (28kg in real money) I do not trust it'll actually hold that much once installed into my Z Frame. Despite the box stating it'll work in square tubing the mounting hardware is actually very small and, of course, rounded, meaning it'll have only a handful of millimetres of total contact surface area to hold very heavy vintage instruments. It's clearly meant for round-tube X-Frames and they've just slapped "square tubing" on the box without consideration.I don't want to risk it with thousands of £s worth of synthesizer. If you own anything other than super lightweight keyboards like the Minilogue or plastic home keyboards like a Yamaha PSR, then find something else. I bought it out of curiosity but it's just too good to be true and I wish I didn't waste my time with it.If you can afford two keyboards then just buy a Jaspers stand, which is what I wish I did from the beginning.

Incompatible
This item is incompatible with the RockJam Zfinity keyboard stand without modifying the stand itself. The universal connector is too small even at it's largest setting to even touch the sides of the square tubing of the RockJam. I am going to try to modify the RockJam by inserting some square wood to reduce the internal size of the RockJam.I shall report back and edit my review once complete and tested (see below).UPDATE:Well, I got it sorted but in the end I used two ends off an old x-frame stand I no longer used which also had rubber "feet" on them. I cut the ends of the tubing (which are round) at the length of the rubber "feet". Next I trimmed down very slightly the rubber "feet" such that they were a snug but not over tight fit into the RockJam and then gently persuaded these pieces into the RockJam using a rubber mallet which then made the RockJam a nice fit for this tier expander.

Excellent
Well made stable and easy to assemble. I used it on tubular rock jam stand which has 25mm tube. The expanding clamp fits easily into the tubular frame and expands to hold firm. Assemble as in the picture on the product with upright angle tighteners on the outside. The cross bar only fits one way thick tube to the right, players view, and adjustable extension to the left.

Just what I needed for a 2nd keyboard
I was a little worried when I ordered this as I wasn't sure if it would fit my stand. I had to make a small modification but it now fits like a glove, and holds my 2nd keyboard perfectly. It was easy to assemble and seems to be made from good materials. I am very happy with my purchase.
