I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MANUFACTURES ADVICE!!! To make these expand I would recommend dunking them in water, ringing them out, and then letting them dry. I used the bath tub. Worked great. I wanted to semi-sound proof an office space. I put down 1/8" rubber sound proofing then these on top. Worked like a charm! I used gorilla glue with a caulking gun.

Great product works just like the other expensive stuff! Well worth it! The foams are exactly as advertised, perfectly shaped and sized correctly. These panels came in compressed and need 1-2 days to expand- let them expand in a well insulated room and they will be just how you want them ! The first day when I received them, it took one day for most pieces to fully expand, and the other four pieces stayed flat. After I ran them under some water to let them absorb water, they quickly recovered to the advertised 2 inch. (I suggest expand them by using water and hair drier.) Then I was able to put them onto the wall. If you want to improve sound quality- a definite edition. You have to use a lot of these sound panels for them to work properly. One or two in a room isn't going to do much of anything, but blanketing an entire wall will significantly cut down on echo's and annoying noises in your room. These sound panels help prevent sound echoing around my room. I bought a single pack of these panels in blue and charcoal to get a feel for if I wanted to order in bulk (I need 4x48pack tiles total for my purposes). Waiting for more coupon in the coming Black Friday. I must say, I'll be ordering more of these panels ASAP!

If you want peace and quiet get these. You will not be disappointed.My house is super echo-y. You can drop a pen and it'll sound like a nuclear discharge. Used these for my in-house studio.Also, the people in my house are super noisy and inconsiderate of others' private space.Put these bad boys up and they look amazing on top of being useful.Helped kill some unwanted sound travel in there.I'll add a pic or 2 of the room under construction while being completed. Plan on getting more.

These foam panels are excellent quality. I put them in the dryer on high for 20 to 30 minutes and they puffed up instantly. They are thick perfectly cut little square pyramids. I didn't realize it when I ordered them, but thete is a metallic flek in both colors. I was able to capture this in the photos. We decided to try flex glue. I used a dime size amount on each corner. Then, I pressed firmly over corners. They will not slide so make sure they are lined up and in place when you press down. This worked awesomely.

These sound panels are good for the price. Everything about these are perfectly fine. Thickness is what it says, size is what it says and you can't really beat them for the price. You will definitely want to do what it says as they do have a very strong smell when you take them out of the package, it's not enough to make you sick or anything. I took them out of the package and let them sit for about a week just to ensure they returned to their original form. The only complaint that I have is that the blue after only a month has turned a slight shade of yellow, I didn't really notice it until I bought my second set to finish my wall and put them side by side, now it cannot be unseen unfortunately.

Overall a pretty decent product. I was a little bummed that a few of my panels (right along the edges) didn't fully expand the way they should have. They come compressed/vacuum sealed to save space. If you notice the second picture I posted, you can see what I'm talking about. That being said, for the price I'm not complaining since only 4 panels out of 48 had this problem. Other than that they work as expected and I look forward to purchasing more from this company to complete setup.

Bought 2 pack of 24. The first one 24 I bought in Feb 2020, came perfectly fine. Then after few months later I decided to order some more from JBER, the color didn't matched in the first one. It came as black not "charcoal", took them almost a week fully expand, some didn't expand I had to put them in warm water, and let them sit for 3 days, still didn't expanded perfectly, only 15 fully expanded.Save your money don't get this. Trust me.

Bought these to try and soundproof the wall I share in my apartment bedroom with neighbors. A couple ended up slightly damaged with some of the pyramids missing a small bit of foam, but otherwise were fine. I don't know how effective they are but I haven't had any complaints from sound coming from my place.
